Q. Is what you do laser cut?
A. No way Jose! We hand cut every piece you see using a scrollsaw like the one shown here.

Q. What type of wood do you use for your puzzles?
A. We use poplar primarily for our dog puzzles. This is a great wood to cut, stain, and/or paint.

Q. Can I have my puzzle done in another wood type, like oak or cherry?
A. Absolutely! But, the cost will be a bit higher due to these harder wood types.

Q. Can I have my pets name done instead of the pet breed?
A. For sure, for sure! We would love to make a custom pet puzzle for you. The cost for that is $40 with free shipping, and the puzzle is made in oak, so you get your pets name done in some real nice hardwood.

Q. What if I don’t like what I bought?
A. If you purchased a pet breed puzzle, it can be returned for exchange or money back with no issues. For custom orders, we do not cut wood until you are satisfied with the image created. If the final piece is still not to your liking, we will work on it again until you’re happy.
